you could try to update it (i guess via the Microsoft app store) there are quite a few Samsung Update crashes listed in your dxdiag log. It's just some sounds your are missing out on i dont know)Ĥ. Quite a few error messages related to the sound mod in your client log (missing sounds - whether this plays any role in the crashes or make sure you got the latest version of the sound mod installed - as it looks there has been an update just yesterday and there are Often they happen or how long it takes until they happen)ģ. Too high for your system ?! you could try lowering the game graphics settings and see if this changes anything on the crashes (like how Memory usage increased over time (so did the page file usage) so there may be a memory leak or your game settings are just a tad the vram usage seemed kinda high - at some point there was only 121mb of free vram - and both the vram as well as the system Running in the background as possible (at least for testing this crashing issue ^^)Ģ.
Was free so i dont know what this could have been (maybe your browser with many tabs open ?!). To quite some extend as well - this makes me believe there was something else running in the background. according to the client log you had only 3gb of free memory (out of 8gb total) when you started the game and the page file was used There are some things you could have a look into (even though they may not be related to this crashing issue at all).ġ. edit: i got carried away oO massive post inc ^^ feel free to ignore.
I really want to use the sound mod so please help me if you can. Screenshots, dxdiag, crash report, and client log attached below. But it can’t be the sound mod’s fault because all the other users of the mod are playing without issue. I thought about submitting a bug report but the tech mods will probably say it's the sound mod's fault. I don't use any antivirus except Windows Defender and something called Ransom Defender(in which I've added both EAC and WT client to the exceptions list). The mod dev says everything is EAC's fault. I've tried disabling and enabling EAC, repairing EAC, adding EAC to firewall and antivirus exceptions, doing a clean boot of Windows, uninstalling all other modifications, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, updating Windows and various drivers. Basically everything except doing a clean Windows reinstall. The vanilla game with sound mods disabled and a bunch of custom skins, hangars, and a localization mod installed works fine. But from the 23rd onward the game started slowing down/lagging and freezing in the middle of the first battle after login. I've been using this sound mod from early February.
